New Account Manager
PHOENIX, AZ (July 29, 2019) – Wincline, an industry leading, fee-only benefits advisory firm, today announced a new hire: Tori da Costa. Tori will be working as an Account Manager.
Tori joins Wincline at a busy time of the year for the benefits industry. She will be supporting Wincline’s Client Executives to deliver excellent service to clients and their plan members as they head into renewal season. That work includes, among other things, preparing and analyzing claims reports, preparing clients renewals and contracts, and implementing clients’ decisions to take control of their healthcare costs and quality.
Tori is well-equipped to service Wincline’s clients’ needs. She comes to us with a background in project management. A detail-oriented professional, she is experienced in coordinating client relationships and managing projects and accounts. Further, she is adept at balancing the needs and interests of third parties. Her prior work as a Project Manager has prepared her well for her new role at Wincline.
Tori is currently studying Electrical Engineering part-time at Mesa Community College.
