It’d be a much less fun year for you if you ended up forgetting your ACA reporting requirements:
- Form 1095-B or 1095-C for each individual with minimum essential coverage (under Section 6055) OR each full-time employee (under Section 6056);
- Form 1094-B or 1094-C for all returns filed for a given calendar year.
Don’t forget to file these with the IRS by February 28, 2019 or April 1, 2019 if filing electronically.
Also, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) removed incentive limits from its final wellness plan rules, allowing employers more freedom in offering them. Stay tuned.. and pick up a copy of our release before you go! See you next month.
